As part of State Superintendent Tony Thurmond’s literacy initiative to get all California students to read by third grade by 2026, the California Department of Education (CDE) has partnered with Renaissance Learning, Inc. to ensure that every student can access thousands of reading resources from now through Jan. 31, 2022.

Books are available in English and in Spanish, and news articles can be read in English, Spanish, and French. They can be accessed for FREE by all pre-K to grade 12 students in California.

Students can read these books and articles on any digital device that is connected to the Internet, even in low bandwidth areas. myON books can also be downloaded onto mobile devices for offline reading.

If you need help accessing and logging in to myON, contact the Support Team at 800-338-4204 or email: myonsupport (at) renaissance.com.
