After reading or listening to two or more books from the list, third- to fifth-grade students will be able to vote for their favorite book between March 1 and March 31.
The 2013-2014 ORCA Upper Elementary Division nominees are:

- Pie by Sarah Weeks
- Vanishing Acts by Phillip Margolin and Ami Margolin Rome
- Young Fredle by Cynthia Voigt and
- Zita the Spacegirl: Far from Home by Ben Hatke
Last year’s ORCA winner in the Upper Elementary Division was Meanwhile: Pick Any Path, 3856 Story Possibilities by Jason Shiga.
ORCA Middle School and High School divisions honor additional titles.
