Story-time videos during shelter-in-place
To support my site’s families while Santa Rosa City Schools observes a shelter-in-place, I’m recording story-time videos. Here’s my introductory video about the read-alouds.
TRANSCRIPT : Hello, it's Ms. Cynthia and I want to talk about a project I'm doing while we all shelter in place. I'll be making videos of myself reading books that I checked out from our school library. I hope these readings can help take the place of our library storytimes, and maybe also read a chapter book or two that our visits normally don't have time for. I hope you enjoy these readings and find them fun and educational. I do want to emphasize these readings are made possible thanks to generous publishers and authors who have given permission to read their work. So until next time, stay healthy and safe, and watch for the first video to post.
Robust debate and even unusual opinions are encouraged, but please stay on-topic and be respectful. Comments are subject to review for personal attacks or insults, discriminatory statements, hyperlinks not directly related to the discussion and commercial spam.
